In the past I enjoyed hunting New England and Montana, but as old age has crept up on me I now enjoy range shooting out to 600 yards and reloading for precision.

Welcome! Wow, that's quite a shift from hunting in Montana to precision shooting. 600 yards is impressive! What calibers are you working with? It's always great to have reloaders around who really know their stuff. We're glad to have you here!

I started shouting the 600 with a 6.5 x 55 Swed, then moved to a 22 BR Norma which easier to shoot and cheaper also. I have used my hunting rifle a 25-284 Winchester.
All this reloading has caused me to anneal regularly, decap separately, full length resize without the decapping rod and use neck expansion dies to give consistent neck tension. Zeroing at 3” high at 100 yards for hunting is no longer sufficient, lol.
