What’s the most notable malfunction you’ve experienced, and what was your solution?

The worst thing that happened was a sheared extractor spring during a class

The worst failure I had kept happening repeatedly until I slowed down and checked everything instead of rushing. It turned out to be a simple fix but it taught me to pause and think first.

Had a nasty double-feed once. I cleared it, checked mags, swapped ammo and it never happened again.
